Ito po ang ilan sa aming projects sa Bulacan and a little background,

1. Marilao Grand Villas -  along the hway, One ride coming from Manila,, Loma de Gato, Marilao, Bulacan, puro townhouse na lang po ang available at kaisa isang SIngle Attached
2. Kelsey Hills - located in Muzon, SJDM.  Located in a higly commercialized area where everything is walking distance, school, market, hospital, drugstores, spa, gasoline station, bus station etc. One ride coming from Manila. They have 5 house models to choose from
3. Dolmar Panorama - Loma de Gato, Marilao, Bulacan.  Phase 1 already sold out,  Ongoing selling Phase 2 but Turn Over is still on 2017.  One ride coming from Manila.They have 3 house models to choose from)
4. Dolmar Marilao - Loma de Gato, Marilao, Bulacan here are RFO units being sold in a "AS IS WHERE IS" basis.
5. Residencia De Muzon - SJDM.  There are RFO units.  Price are realtively high kasi po maganda naman sya at RFO pa.
6. SpringTown Villas - Gaya Gaya SJDM.  Medyo inner at papasok ang location ng sibd kaya lang ang selling point is sa halagang mura 2 story townhouse ka na.
7. Villa Zaragoza - Bocaue, Bulacan.  Nice market are our Iglesia ni Cristo brotehrs since this is one of the subdivision very near INC Philippine Arena.  Tanaw sa subdivision ang St. Paul. Malapit sa Bocaue Exit
8. Redwood Subdivision - relatively low price housing in Sta Maria Bulacan, Mura na may second floor pa.
9. Amaresa - located in SJDM, near Starmall.  Kung maganda talaga at eye candy sa mata ang hanap ng client at may pera talaga sya dito mo sya dalhin.  Mapapa OO mo si client kasi finished na ang turn over tapos ganda din talaga ng model unit pati ikaw mangangarap hehhee.
10. Nuvista - ocated in SJDM, near Starmall. This one ang hot sa Bulacan now.  Kasi meron silang Low Cost na pasok kahit ang minimum wag earner sa halagang 2399/month.  May 5 house designs to choose from depende sa budget ng buyer kaya walang kawala..Kaya lang need to discuss that MRI/FI are not included in the pricing kasi MRI ay sasabay sa 1st 3 months of payt, para hindi nila masabi na hidden charges.
11. North Fairways - SJDM. Similar ang built sa Springtown. Kung may buyer ka sa springtown ang model unit. Maganda ang location since alogn the hway. Tapat ito ng Allied Steel na factory.2 floors na pero ang price may below 4th pa.  Yun nga lang TBA pa ang turn over date.

Yung iba pa pong project wala sa listing ko mostly yung sa Malolos at Sta Maria.  May mga nagfofocus din po sa mga areas na yan...
